Mike Grizzel, President/Project Manager
Mike has been in the commercial construction industry for 42 years. He has an extensive background in all types of construction as a Project Superintendent, General Superintendent and for the past 30 years, Project Manager. Mike’s projects have ranged from wood frames to structural steel, masonry to total poured-in-place concrete building to pre-engineered buildings. Mike is a Butler Building dealer with a vast experience and knowledge of metal building construction.
Kaycee Motes, Assistant Project Manager
Kaycee has been with SGCI for six years, assisting Mike Grizzel with his projects and maintaining Operations Management & Human Resources for the company.

Eddie Black, Project Manager/Safety Coordinator
Eddie has worked as a superintendent, project manager, estimator and quality control coordinator in both residential and commercial construction. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology and certifications in project management and OSHA 30-Hr Construction.
Kim Jensen, Project Manager
Kim has a 12+ year career as a commercial construction project manager, residential design-builder and President/Organizer for community beautification projects in the Buckhead community of Atlanta. Kim holds a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Georgia and a Project Management Professionals Certification.
